Cancellation Terms
Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping or production. Full refunds will be granted for such cancellations. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
You have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving them. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included. Do not send items back to the manufacturer. Shipping charges for returns will only be applied once. No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you by email whether your refund is approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
